  I live in Sweden and Ive travelled all over Australia.Uni Central is one of the best places Ive stayed,the staff, management and office are so helpful and friendly.they were always going out of the way to help me with everything.
  ive rebooked for next year and cant wait to get back.

  Stayed here for one semester. It was nice living so close to uni, and I liked being able to just walk over to a friend's apartment at any time of the day or night.
  HOWEVER the office staff was super unfriendly (straight up rude from time to time) and not helpful at all. The wi-fi is a huge joke, and do expect hidden fees for everything. I can't believe all the good reviews I've read!
  A friend of mine had a problem with her room, and they basically called her a liar and rolled their eyes at her every time they saw her. Whenever I went to the office, be it to pay my rent or collect my mail, I always felt as if I was a burden that they couldn't wait to get rid of. Additionally, one of the people working at the office treats you as if you're flat out stupid, not nice at all! One thing pretty much everyone I know also complained about was that it always seemed more dirty after the cleaning staff had been there..Unicentral is basically way too pricey for what they offer (think: super dirty when you arrive, broken couch, my wardrobe door had a huge hole in it..)
  That being said, the security guards and the caretaker are friendly and helpful.
